Certainly when we left for a vacation in Rab we would not have imagined that this place would have brought about a turning point in our lives.

We are Italico and Leda, we are husband and wife, and we come from a small town near Udine, in the north east corner of Italy not so far from Venice. When we landed on Rab island in 2008, the crystal clear sea, unspoiled nature and the scent of licorice enchanted us, so deeply that we decided to buy a house here.

A few years later, starting from the idea of ​”feeling at home”, we built CASA LEDA, apartments for rent for the summer holidays.

Casa Leda was born from Italico’s lively mind, but the care on details, design and furniture are coming from Leda’s creativity. In the end you can understand where the name Casa Leda has born!

Together with us, however, there is also our son Loris, he also were captured by the charm of the island. Loris manages the rentals and answers your questions. It will almost certainly be with him that you will speak if you decide to stay here.

Finally, the latest enlisted Valentina, Loris’s partner, curator of the blog and the Instagram page Casa Leda Rab. By following her articles on the island and the best beaches and restaurants, you will enrich your experience!

Casa Leda is located in Kampor and has been designed with all comforts, so that you can enjoy the most of your stay on the Rab island. For us it is like opening the door of our home to you and we do not exclude that you may meet us during the summer months!

Furthermore, Casa Leda is expanding. Not far from Kampor, in Banjol, we are building Casa Leda Banjol, 5 new apartments are coming! We are really excited for this project and willing the apartments to be ready as soon as possible to have you there!

That’s not all, our other passion are the mountains! In the north side of the region where we live (Friuli Venezia Giulia) we have the possibilty to easily reach the eatsern part of the Italian Alpes! Located in a carachteristic mountain village named Camporosso, here we have Casa Mizzau.  Camporosso is in the municipality of Tarvisio (UD) and is ideal for those who love the mountains!
